Like an intensive “boot camp” training, Social Strategy Boot Camp provides a rigorous and dynamic day of learning. Chief Brand Strategist Nick Westergaard leads you through topics such as establishing a business objective, social integration, and measurement and ROI, while Director of Social Strategy Macy Koch leads interactive interludes where you will work with partners (or co-workers if you bring your team) on applying these principles to your business.

Nick Westergaard is the Founder and Chief Brand Strategist at Brand Driven Digital. In addition to his agency work, he writes about the intersection of branding and social media on his blog, NickWestergaard.com, and teaches social media marketing at the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business. He has been quoted in news sources such as US News & World Report, Entrepreneur magazine, Mashable, American Express OPEN Forum, and The Des Moines Register.
Macy Koch is the Director of Social Strategy at Brand Driven Digital. As a marketing strategist, Macy can spot opportunities to strengthen brands and businesses alike. She’s been called “the bees-knees” by Foursquare founder, Dennis Crowley, and has access at any time to over 20 business social accounts. Macy has spoken at conferences and on panels with content regarding branding, social media, and marketing, and has worked with small and large businesses, as well as startups and non-profits.
